Job Description
```Duties```
- Assist in the implementation of occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the Occupational Therapist.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. ```Requirements```
- Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Knowledge of occupational health principles and practices.
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and their application in occupational therapy.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred.
- Ability to work in acute care settings and adapt to different patient populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
