This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist looking for a long-term career , not just another job. You'll begin with an established schedule of approximately 25 hours per week , with an anticipated transition to 35-40 hours per week as our Palm Bay caseload continues to grow.

Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive W-2 hourly pay ($30.00•32.00/hour) Approximately 25 hours per week to start Planned growth to 35-40 hours per week Consistent daytime schedule Core clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Additional evening hours available for therapists interested in increasing their schedule and earnings No weekends Established pediatric caseload Collaborative team environment Therapy materials and treatment resources provided Mentorship and support from experienced Occupational Therapists Opportunity for continued professional growth as our practice expands Responsibilities Provide pediatric occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Implement individualized treatment plans designed to help children achieve functional independence. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with families, physicians, teachers, and members of the interdisciplinary therapy team. Maintain professional licensure and ethical standards while providing compassionate, high-quality care. Qualifications Current Florida Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license (Required) Pediatric experience preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Passion for helping children and families succeed Schedule Monday-Friday Core daytime hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Approximately 25 hours per week to start Planned growth to 35-40 hours per week with continued caseload expansion Additional evening hours available No weekends About Speech Avenues Therapy Co.
