Statement of Duties Work side by side with members in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of Vincent House. Maintain enthusiasm, commitment, and belief in the Clubhouse International Standards. Collaborate with members and staff to establish and achieve unit goals within the Work-Structured Day. Share responsibility for employment, housing, driving, holiday, weekend, evening, and unit coverage. Treat members and staff with dignity and respect while maintaining strict confidentiality. Present oneself in a positive and professional manner at Vincent House, employment sites, and community functions. Participate in twice-daily unit meetings and weekly House Meetings. Attend Clubhouse International trainings and events as directed by the Administration team. Foster a work-oriented environment that supports members' strengths and abilities. Provide on-site job training and coverage for Transitional Employment (TE) and Supported Employment (SE) programs. Support members' employment goals by serving as trainer, advocate, benefits counselor, liaison, and follow-along support. Works cooperatively with other staff to provide rehabilitation services and demonstrates openness and flexibility in adapting to organizational and program changes as directed by the Administration team Perform other related duties as assigned by the Program Director. Requirements Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. Valid driver's license and eligibility for approval under Vincent House's auto insurance carrier. Successful completion of a Level II FDLE criminal background check. Commitment to maintaining a drug and tobacco free lifestyle; subject to pre-employment and random drug screening. Alignment with the philosophies and practices of Vincent House and Clubhouse International. Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, creativity, and belief in each member's potential.
