We're looking for a Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness. In this role, you'll lead psychoeducational and psychiatric rehabilitation groups that focus on recovery, independence, and empowerment. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support individualized treatment plans while ensuring documentation meets professional and regulatory standards. Every day, your work will directly contribute to helping individuals thrive. What You'll Do Plan and facilitate engaging group sessions that promote skill-building, wellness, and recovery Foster participation by creating a supportive and therapeutic group environment Collaborate with treatment teams to align services with individualized goals Complete timely, accurate documentation to meet facility and accreditation standards Manage time effectively to support both group and departmental responsibilities What We're Looking For Education High school diploma or equivalent (required) Bachelor's degree in a human services field (preferred) Experience 4+ years in a mental health setting (preferred; may be required by state/contract) Why Join Us?
