Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - PRN Autumn Lake at Birch Manor Sykesville, MD $35-$38/hour Autumn Lake at Birch Manor is looking for a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide hands-on therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. What You'll Do Carry out individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Help residents improve ADLs, strength, coordination, mobility, and functional skills Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising OT Reinforce adaptive techniques and safety strategies Complete required clinical documentation Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team Qualifications Active Maryland COTA license required Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred Flexible PRN availability • Supportive therapy team • Competitive hourly pay Direct Hire.
