Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy assessments and treatment planning for residents in long-term care settings. Implement designated therapy programs under the supervision of licensed therapists. Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records. Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive resident care.
