We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Activities Aide to join our team. As an Activities Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients by planning and implementing recreational activities that promote socialization, mental stimulation, and physical rehabilitation.
Activities Aide Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate recreational activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and outings, to promote socialization and mental stimulation Assist in the development and implementation of individualized activities plans for patients Encourage patient participation and engagement in activities, fostering a sense of community and belonging Maintain accurate records of patient activities and progress Collaborate with the activities team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation Monitor patient needs and report any concerns to the Activities Director or other healthcare professionals Uphold the highest standards of patient care, dignity, and respect About the
