Minimum Requirements:
Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active Oklahoma state license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in home health and school settings preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
