Job Description
This position, in the Supportive Services for Veteran Families program, will be responsible for providing Shallow Subsidy (SS) case management services to Veteran Families and will liaison with area resources, develop housing stability plans for participants, process temporary financial assistance, serve as an advocate to landlords, maintain case files and prepare required data and reports.
NOTE:
This is a grant-funded position with continuance of position based on length of grant opportunity.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree from accredited University required. Preferably in Social Services, Management or Leadership. Case Management experience preferred.
