Job Summary Pediatric COTA - Contract, Flexible Schedule, Starting at $47 per treatment hourMomentum Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing pediatric team in the Oklahoma City metro. Momentum Therapy is a therapist-owned practice that has served Oklahoma children and families since 2015. We provide play-led, client-centered, and family-focused occupational therapy in outpatient clinics, private schools and daycares, and children's homes .This is a flexible contract position that allows you to build a caseload based on your availability, preferred treatment settings, and geographic area. It is ideal for a COTA who enjoys meaningful pediatric work, values autonomy, and still wants the support and connection of a collaborative therapy team. What You'll Do

•Provide individualized pediatric occupational therapy under the supervision of an OTR/L Implement engaging, play-based treatment activities aligned with each child's plan of care Address fine motor development, handwriting, sensory processing, self-care, motor coordination, feeding, play, participation, and social interaction Monitor each child's progress and communicate relevant observations to the supervising occupational therapist Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other members of the child's care team Complete accurate treatment documentation within required timelines Maintain dependable scheduling and responsive communication with families and the Momentum Therapy team. A therapist who genuinely values family involvement and individualized care Pediatric experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates with strong pediatric clinical experience are welcome to apply Qualifications Degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program Current Oklahoma COTA license or eligibility for licensure NBCOT certification Current professional liability insurance. Ability to complete required background checks and credentialing Reliable transportation for school, daycare, or home-based visits Position Details Independent contractor position. Starting compensation of $47 per completed treatment hour Flexible scheduling and caseload size Outpatient clinic, private school/daycare, and home-based opportunities Service areas may include Oklahoma City, Edmond, Piedmont, Guthrie, Yukon, Mustang, and surrounding communities Daytime availability is especially valuable for school, daycare, and home-based visits.
