Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist Full Time (40 hours) Ridgway, PA, USA $18.38 per hour Hourly Full Time (40 hours) Comprehensive Benefits Package Now offering DailyPay; A financial wellness platform that enables employees to access earned wages before payday SUMMARY This position works directly with mental health consumers by assisting persons with functional disabilities resulting from mental illness to develop, enhance, and/or retain psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal adjustment, and/or independent living skills. May perform supervisory functions as delegated by the director. Discussing approaches to assist individuals in goal attainment.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience A bachelor's degree and 2 years' work experience in mental health direct service, 1 year of which must be work experience in psychiatric rehabilitation services. Bachelor's degree with academic concentration in an area relevant to the position, OR An associate degree and 1 year work experience in mental health direct service, OR A CPS Certificate and 1 additional year paid or volunteer work experience in mental health direct service. A high school diploma or equivalency and two years of work experience in human services, which must include one year of mental health direct care experience. Certifications & Licenses CPRP certification is preferred; shall seek to obtain within 2 years of hire in the program. Valid driver's license. Benefits Generous Paid Leave
