Ability Innovations is seeking a dedicated and proactive Therapy Aide to join our compassionate team! ​In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our clinical team, maintaining an extraordinary treatment environment, and helping our patients thrive. ​ Key Responsibilities ​ Clinical & Patient Support ​Assist therapists with treatment interventions and patient care prep as directed by overseeing therapists. ​Gather educational handouts and resources for families upon therapist request. ​Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow through on clinical enhancements. ​Attend regularly scheduled clinical and patient-care meetings. ​ Clinic Operations & Maintenance ​Clean, sanitize, and organize treatment areas, equipment, and clinical supplies. ​Monitor inventory levels and inspect equipment, notifying the Clinic Director of needed repairs or restocks. ​Complete special assignments and administrative tasks assigned by the Clinic Director. ​ Culture & Community Engagement ​Build positive, professional relationships with clients, team members, and interdisciplinary staff. ​Represent Ability Innovations at community events to help our practice grow. ​Actively contribute to and enhance our company culture and core values. ​Engage in ongoing professional and skill development opportunities. ​ Qualifications ​High school diploma or equivalent (pursuing a degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech, or Healthcare field is a plus!). ​Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. ​Compassionate, dependable, and eager to work in a collaborative team setting. ​Ability to lift, push, or move equipment as needed for therapy prep. ​ Why Ability Innovations? ​Welcoming, family-oriented culture ​Opportunities for professional growth and mentorship
