Occupational Therapy/ Occupational Therapy Assistant Are you an OT or OTA student seeking meaningful, hands-on clinical experience? Arbor Therapy welcomes students enrolled in accredited occupational therapy and occupational therapy assistant programs for clinical placements at our outpatient clinics throughout the greater Phoenix area. Students work alongside experienced therapists while developing their clinical knowledge, confidence, and professional skills in a supportive, interdisciplinary environment. What You'll Gain at Arbor Therapy Hands-on experience in a private outpatient clinic setting Guidance and supervision from experienced, licensed occupational therapy professionals Exposure to diverse client populations, diagnoses, and treatment needs Experience with evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming practices Opportunities to participate in evaluations, treatment planning, documentation, caregiver education, and intervention activities, as appropriate for the placement Collaboration with occupational, speech-language, physical, and feeding therapy professionals Preferred Qualifications Current enrollment in an accredited OT or OTA program Completion of all educational and clinical prerequisites required by your program Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Interest in supporting diverse client needs Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and take initiative Ability to meet the scheduling and hour requirements of the assigned placement Placement Requirements Before beginning a clinical placement, students must provide: Current CPR certification Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card Current Article 9 certification Any additional documentation or training required by Arbor Therapy, the student's educational program, or applicable funding sources How to Apply Please submit your resume through this job posting for consideration.
