As a smaller, therapist-led organization , we take pride in maintaining a close-knit team where every therapist is valued, supported, and heard. We specialize in delivering occupational, physical, and speech therapy services to children with developmental, neurological, and physical challenges. Our mission is to help every child reach their fullest potential through individualized, evidence-based interventions — and to support the clinicians who make that happen.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing pediatric home health team as a 1099 contractor. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, professionalism, and a love for working with children while providing high-quality, family-centered therapy services in home and community settings.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in clients' homes. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other therapy team members. Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Educate and empower families to support continued progress between sessions.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state OT license (in good standing). Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience preferred (home health experience a plus). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within service area. CPR Certification. Eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
