Full Job Description All Into Therapy LLC is seeking a creative, dedicated, and reliable Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) and COTA to join our team! Our practice delivers high-quality treatment to children with developmental disabilities throughout Arizona.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat a range of patients with developmental disabilities (including but not limited to Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Cognitive Disabilities, and other chromosomal syndromes). Document daily notes, progress reports, and evaluation reports with plans of care on a digital, easy to use EMR system Update patient progress to relevant parties
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Valid State of Arizona OTR License Must have or be able to obtain: AHCCCS number and National Provider ID (NPI) number Level I Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card CPR and First Aid Training Article 9 Training Valid Drivers License + Reliable Vehicle Ability to build rapport with patients and families Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive and patient demeanor Minimum of 1 years experience (preferred) Bi-lingual a bonus!
