This is a full-time or part-time, in-person occupational therapy assistant position in a collaborative pediatric clinic—no travel and no home visits required. Our growing pediatric clinic provides occupational therapy, speech therapy, and feeding therapy services in a supportive, ethical, and team-oriented environment. COTAs have their own treatment spaces, access to a fully equipped OT sensory gym, and a wide variety of therapy materials to support high-quality pediatric occupational therapy services. Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Responsibilities Provide pediatric occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for children with developmental delays and pediatric diagnoses Address fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional skills Deliver evidence-based, play-based pediatric therapy interventions Collaborate with families, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary pediatric therapy team Complete timely and accurate occupational therapy documentation and daily treatment notes
