Join a collaborative school team in the East Bay area and help students develop the skills they need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. Position Highlights Up to 20 hours per week Flexible scheduling based on your availability Opportunity to work at one campus in Concord or split time between Concord and Antioch Supportive school environment with a collaborative special education team School year position Responsibilities Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Support students in achieving IEP goals related to fine motor, sensory, self-help, and classroom participation skills Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to promote student success Maintain accurate documentation and service records Participate in team meetings as needed Qualifications Active California COTA license Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for helping students reach their full potential If you're looking for a flexible, rewarding opportunity in a school setting, we'd love to connect with you!th you!
