Key Qualifications:

Active California COTA licensure Prior experience working in school-based settings Confidence in supporting K-12 caseloads Ability to travel between multiple school sites Excellent communication and organization skills Flexibility for onsite service delivery only

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapy and support services to students as outlined in IEPs Document session notes and progress in accordance with district standards Collaborate with occupational therapists, educators, and parents to maximize student participation Contribute to IEP meetings and help develop adaptive strategies for the classroom Utilize creativity and evidence-based approaches to support functional outcomes Maintain professionalism while working with diverse school communities and age groups
