Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Lancaster, CA. Its a HYBRID Position.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct OT services to students as outlined in their IEPs, under OT supervision Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising OTR Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive daily living skills Collect data on student performance and progress, and report findings to the supervising OTR Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other service providers to integrate strategies into the classroom Maintain accurate service documentation in compliance with school district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings as needed, offering input on progress and strategies Qualifications Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in California Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program Current certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve through compassionate care and professional expertise.
