Key Qualifications:

Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in California Experience in school environments, preferably within PreK-8th grade Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, organized, and dedicated to supporting student progress Flexibility to adapt to changing needs within the school

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing therapy interventions Work with students individually and in small groups, following prescribed treatment plans Monitor student progress, document sessions, and communicate with educators and families Help with the development and modification of classroom materials and activities to support participation Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for every student What to
