What You'll Be Doing β Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist β Help residents regain strength, mobility, confidence, and independence β Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures β Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care β Educate residents and families while building meaningful relationships β Bring compassion, positivity, and energy to work every day What We're Looking For β Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License β or eligible to apply β Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program β Strong communication and teamwork skills β Passion for improving the lives of others β Skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required β Familiarity with Net Health or PointClickCare is helpful β New graduates encouraged to apply!
