Job Description
Category Schools - COTA Job Type Contract Discover an engaging opportunity to make a difference as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) supporting students across an entire district. This contract role runs from September 14, 2026, through June 4, 2027, and will cover a maternity leave, offering you the chance to work directly with a diverse K-12 population in an itinerant capacity. You'll collaborate with teachers, staff, and other professionals to help approximately 50 students achieve their goals and thrive in the academic setting—all while gaining experience across multiple sites.
Desired Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in California Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, itinerant role Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork Commitment to supporting K-12 students with diverse needsKey Responsibilities:
