Responsibilities:
  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living skills
  • Monitor and document patient progress
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
  • Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and goals
Qualifications:
  • Current COTA license in California
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach
