Desired Qualifications:

Valid and current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations Understanding of IEP documentation and therapy goal tracking Comfort implementing occupational therapy interventions designed by an OTR/L Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families Ability to adapt strategies to meet individual student needs Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver therapeutic interventions and activities under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Support students development of fine motor, sensory, self-care, and classroom participation skills Collect data and document student progress toward IEP goals Assist with developing and tailoring therapy materials as needed Engage proactively in team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies Collaborate with educational staff to integrate therapy supports in the classroom Imagine the impact youll have, guiding students on the path to personal independence and academic achievement.
