r22349-92860 Job Description We are actively seeking multiple Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join a school-based team in Norco, CA for the upcoming 20262027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity supporting a K12 caseload across various school sites, providing meaningful support to students in a collaborative environment.

Key Qualifications:

Active California COTA licensure is required Prior experience in school settings is a plus Strong collaborative skills for working with teachers, therapists, and parents Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to diverse student needs Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Support students in achieving educational and functional goals Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes as needed Engage students with creative, motivating activities to enhance participation and success This role offers part-time hours15 hours per week, split over 3 daysproviding the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments. Compensation ranges from $35 to $40 per hour, paid weekly.
