r48037-92860 Job Description Full-Time School-Based COTA Norco, CA ProCare Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time opportunity with a school district in the Norco, CA area. The selected COTA will work alongside the occupational therapy and educational teams to provide services that support students' functional and academic success.

Position Details:

• Full-Time

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Additional scheduling and caseload information will be discussed during the interview process

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Implement treatment plans and student-specific therapy goals
• Assist students with fine motor, sensory, functional, and school-related skills
• Monitor and document student progress
• Collaborate with OTs, teachers, and other school professionals
• Support students in accessing and participating in their educational environment

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Appropriate California COTA licensure/credentials
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working with a diverse student population
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred

Compensation for this position ranges from $23.67 to $45.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
