Key Qualifications:

Valid and active California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license is required Demonstrated experience in a school-based environment, working effectively with diverse student populations Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Flexibility to work across multiple sites and adapt to varied caseloads and schedules

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy support and intervention for students, guided by individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, educators, administrators, and families to develop strategies that foster students academic achievement and functional independence Assist in data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation in accordance with state and district requirements Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive, positive learning atmosphere Youll enjoy a competitive compensation structure complemented by weekly pay.
