Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced clinician, you'll work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping our residents achieve their highest level of independence. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Complete timely and accurate documentation. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident progress. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy programs and safety recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment. Qualifications Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
