Nanny Village is recruiting a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a boutique private school serving neurodivergent elementary-aged children. Working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you'll help students develop the motor, sensory regulation, and self-care skills they need to participate in their school day. You'll collaborate with teachers and a well-resourced multidisciplinary team to bring therapy strategies into classroom activities and daily routines. Help students strengthen fine motor, visual-motor, and coordination skills for handwriting, play, and classroom participation. Implement sensory processing and regulation strategies developed with the supervising OT. Support independence in self-care and everyday school routines. Help teachers incorporate OT strategies, adaptive tools, and recommended classroom modifications into daily activities. Gather observations, assist with assessment activities as directed, and document progress toward established goals
