OT is a thriving, therapist-owned practice serving children and families throughout San Diego. We're expanding and looking for a warm, experienced OT or COTA to support our growing caseload. You'll enjoy autonomy and flexible hours while being part of a supportive and innovative team.
Open Positions:
Part-time or full-time in Temecula, CA areas
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Conducting comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations Writing clear, family-friendly evaluation and progress reports Providing individualized, play-based treatment in homes, clinics, or schools Building your own schedule with support from our admin and clinical team Communicating with families and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams Maintaining timely and professional documentation (our EMR tools make documentation a breeze!) Contributing to a positive, neurodiversity-affirming team culture

We're Looking For:
A licensed OTR/L or COTA in the state of California Pediatric experience or a strong desire to grow in this area (feeding, sensory, school-based skills a plus!) Someone who is organized, self-motivated, and values flexibility A therapist who connects with our values: child-led, strength-based, and family-centered care
