Job Description

Go Beyond Pediatric Therapy is a growing pediatric practice providing clinic-based and in-home occupational therapy services for infants and young children. We are committed to delivering culturally responsive, family-centered care that honors each family's unique values and parenting perspectives. We are currently seeking Part-time Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide in-home Early Intervention services (ages birth to 3) throughout the San Gabriel Valley. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Service Areas:
Diamond Bar, Walnut, Rowland Heights, Hacienda Heights, West Covina, Covina, El Monte, Baldwin Park, Pomona, and surrounding communities. Qualifications Current California COTA license Experience with infants and toddlers (birth-3) preferred Feeding experience is a plus Strong communication and family collaboration skills Able to work independently in home-based settings Bilingual Spanish/Mandarin is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Responsibilities Provide in-home occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Implement treatment activities to support motor, sensory, adaptive, and feeding skills Document treatment notes and progress reports in a timely manner Educate and support parents and caregivers Monitor progress and collaborate with supervising therapists What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience and qualifications) Flexible scheduling Simple and streamlined documentation Extensive mentorship and clinical training Responsive and supportive supervision Positive team culture Excellent work-life balance At Go Beyond Pediatric Therapy, we are committed to helping our therapists grow and thrive.
