Conduct evaluations and assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide skilled therapeutic interventions. Provide indirect services as needed, including reporting, care coordination, and collaboration with internal and external teams. Privacy, Confidentiality, and Ethics Comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), all Company privacy and confidentiality policies, and the ethical standards established by applicable credentialing, governing, and licensing bodies. Documentation Complete progress notes, incident reports, monthly reports, and all other required documentation accurately and within established timeframes. Develop, implement, maintain, and track individualized client goals. Accurately record service hours and maintain detailed documentation of client and family contacts. Communication & Collaboration Communicate professionally and proactively with clients, families, teammates, and leadership Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and interdisciplinary collaboration Coordinate scheduling and maintain regular communication with families as needed Compensation Compensation is based on our hybrid pay structure, which includes separate rates for: Billable hours (direct client care) Non-billable hours (documentation, meetings, collaboration, and administrative responsibilities) Additional earning opportunities are available as caseload grows. This position is designed to build toward a full-time caseload of approximately 25 billable hours per week, with support from leadership and scheduling staff throughout the growth process.
