Desired qualifications and experience:

Hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred Understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and data-driven intervention Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset Key responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary-age students on campus Conduct assessments to determine student needs, strengths, and growth areas Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students' communication development Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to educational planning This role is full-time, onsite, and runs through early June 2027.
