What Your Day Looks Like You will join a team who loves what they do and is excited to learn and grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with Speech, PT, and ABA, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve. You'll have access to: $250 CEU reimbursement , increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure Woven's Clinical Advancement Program , where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging Compensation flexibility Choose a model that works for you! Hourly ($32-33/hour) or pay-per-billed-hour ($42

We'll explain both models clearly so you can choose what makes sense for how you want to work. Bilingual? Enjoy an additional 2% on top of your compensation! Performance-based monthly bonus We reward your hard work! Earn $250 or $750 per month or up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives! Sign-on bonus Up to $7,000 in bonus.
