Compensation Hourly Pay Range:
$35- 42/hour based on experience, clinical expertise, and qualifications.
Plus:

Sign-On Bonus:
Paid in 30-day installments. Employees who voluntarily leave employment or are terminated for cause before completing 12 months of employment may be required to repay a prorated portion of the bonus. Subject to the terms of the signed Sign-On Bonus Agreement.Job Type:
