Compensation Hourly Pay Range:

$35

• 42/hour based on experience, clinical expertise, and qualifications.

Opportunities for continued professional growth and career development. Position Qualifications Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification in the state of Colorado. Active Colorado licensure (or eligibility to obtain). Passion for working with children and families. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Commitment to evidence-based, trauma-informed care. Enjoys collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to support whole-child care. Ability to meet the physical demands of pediatric therapy. Responsibilities Provide direct therapeutic support to children and youth across developmental stages. Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Build rapport and foster engagement through a strengths-based, compassionate approach. Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain timely and accurate documentation and progress notes. Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and other clinical team members to support whole-child care. Contribute to a positive, team-centered, and collaborative clinic culture. Sign-On Bonus:

Paid in 30-day installments. Employees who voluntarily leave employment or are terminated for cause before completing 12 months of employment may be required to repay a prorated portion of the bonus. Subject to the terms of the signed Sign-On Bonus Agreement.
