Job Description
The Child Development Center of Colorado Springs, Inc. (CDC) is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our long-standing, multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic. You'll collaborate daily with a supportive team of OTs, SLPs, and PTs in an environment that values teamwork, mentorship, and sustainable clinical practice. With over 30 years of service to children and families in the Colorado Springs community, CDC offers stability, collaboration, and the opportunity to make meaningful, long-term impact. Key Responsibilities Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in a clinic setting Evaluate and treat children with a variety of developmental needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, and other team members Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Valid Colorado OT or COTA license (required) Pediatric therapy experience (preferred) Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Passion for working with children and families Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care Why Join CDC?
