What you'll bring: Active COTA or Occupational Therapist license in Colorado Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment Ability to work independently and manage your caseload efficiently Reliable transportation to travel within your assigned geographic area Your responsibilities will include: Implementing individualized therapy plans designed by an Occupational Therapist (if COTA role) Supporting students' fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills to help them thrive in the classroom Tracking student progress and maintaining accurate documentation Consulting with educators and caregivers to extend therapeutic strategies into daily routines Participating in IEP meetings and contributing insights into students needs and progress This part-time schedule provides an excellent balance, allowing you to make meaningful connections with students while maintaining personal and professional flexibility.
