Guide patients through therapeutic activities that support daily living and functional independence. Document patient progress and responses to treatment. Communicate with the occupational therapist and other care team members to coordinate care. Observe changes in patients' abilities and report concerns to the supervising occupational therapist. Participate in quality improvement activities. A few must-haves for Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA): Current Colorado license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant At least two years of occupational therapy assistant experience; home health experience preferred Current CPR certification, including a hands on demonstration course Knowledge of applicable home health regulations Sound clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach to care Why Work for Interim HealthCare?
