This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled therapy professional who is passionate about helping students develop the functional skills needed for academic success, independence, and participation in the school environment. The COTA will work with a Kindergarten through 12th-grade caseload, providing occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Position Responsibilities Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, handwriting, self-care, and functional classroom participation Collect and maintain accurate student progress data and documentation Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed Assist in recommending accommodations, adaptive equipment, and intervention strategies to support student success Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
