$37/hour Join Our Rehabilitation Team! Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will play an essential part in helping residents regain independence, improve daily functioning, and enhance their overall quality of life through personalized therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

Individualized Care & Treatment Support:

Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and the interdisciplinary team to implement personalized treatment plans designed around each resident's goals and needs.

Restoring Independence:

Help residents improve their ability to perform daily activities, regain functional skills, and achieve greater independence and quality of life.

Hands-On Therapeutic Care:

Provide skilled assistance during therapy sessions to support recovery from illness, injury, or other health challenges.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring resident information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and in accordance with regulatory standards.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional care and achieve positive resident outcomes.

Qualifications:
