Your Impact Treatment Execution:
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions under the guidance of a licensed
OTR. ADL
Training:
Empower residents to regain independence in daily essentials like dressing, grooming, and feeding.
Therapeutic Innovation:
Lead engaging activities to boost fine motor skills, cognitive function, and upper-body strength.
Adaptive Solutions:
Teach residents and families how to use adaptive equipment and modify environments for maximum safety.
Collaboration & Tracking:
Monitor progress, document clinical notes, and partner with the OTR to evolve care plans.
Team Synergy:
Work hand-in-hand with nursing and rehab colleagues to provide holistic, person-centered wellness. What You Bring A valid, current state license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
