Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - PRN Home Setting | Hudson, FL Start ASAP | Competitive Compensation Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a compassionate, licensed COTA to provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes. Responsibilities Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the established plan of care Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence and safety Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Maintain accurate and timely documentation Recommend and/or provide appropriate treatment equipment and adaptive devices as needed Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support independence and safety at home Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active Florida COTA license Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate approach to working with geriatric patients About the PRN Role PRN therapists work on an as-needed basis and have the flexibility to choose assignments that fit their availability.
