Responsibilities:

Assist in evaluating residents and developing customized treatment plans. Support residents in performing daily tasks and therapeutic activities. Promote rehabilitation and monitor progress. Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements:

Current Florida State COTA License. Prior experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
