Full Job Description Lucienne Home Care is a Medicare Accredited Home Health Agency located in Palm Beach County. We are focused on delivering exceptional home health services to our clients. Our team is comprised of caring, compassionate, and highly motivated healthcare professionals. We are looking for licensed OT/OTA professionals to care for our patients. As an OT you will Plan, Implement and Evaluate patient care to restore or maintain patient well-being. As an OTA you will work with the OT. Our goal is to promote the patient's well-being by providing high quality care.
