Our multidisciplinary team provides high-quality, family-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families. Job Summary The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients. The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, and passionate about helping children develop the skills they need to succeed in everyday activities. Responsibilities Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist Provide hands-on therapy to pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately and timely Communicate effectively with supervising therapists, families, and team members Assist in modifying therapy activities based on patient response and progress Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current COTA license in Florida Pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and motivate children during therapy sessions Preferred Skills Experience with sensory integration techniques How to Apply Interested candidates can apply through Indeed or submit their resume to Join our team and help children build the skills they need to thrive!
