We're seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) who are passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized in-home therapy. Responsibilities Deliver occupational therapy services in patients' homes Complete initial evaluations and follow-up visits Perform fall risk assessments and home safety evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (OT) Assist with treatment interventions established by the supervising OT (COTA) Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment Monitor patient progress and communicate changes with the interdisciplinary team Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Occupational Therapist Active Hawaii Occupational Therapist license Minimum one year of clinical experience Home health experience preferred but not required Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Active Hawaii Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred For Both Positions Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable with community outreach and educational presentations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team Apply Today We're actively interviewing qualified Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
