What You'll Do As a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) , you'll help children learn, grow, and thrive through play-based, engaging therapy sessions.

You will:

Implement individualized treatment plans under OT supervision Deliver creative, play-based therapy sessions (30-60 mins) Empower families with practical, easy-to-use strategies for home carryover Collaborate with a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, and assistants in a supportive environment Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system Track and celebrate progress — because every small victory matters! Participate in community events, parent workshops, and outreach programs If you love laughter, teamwork, and making a real difference in children's lives — this is the place for you.
