Job Description
Position Summary The Occupational Therapy Assistant clinical specialist has taken increased initiative to assist department in maintaining high quality clinical practice with a particular focus on a specialized area or areas. Teaching duties include training and development of staff competencies related to those specialized areas. Consultation will be provided to other staff regarding recommendations for changes in treatment approaches within the special Job Responsibilities Review physician's referral, patient medication list, allergies and medical and surgical history. Delivers service in a timely to minimize patient wait time and optimize care. Education/Experience Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy Assistants program.
