Full-Time Job Summary EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated and passionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of students with disabilities. Key Responsibilities Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist. Provide direct occupational therapy services to students individually or in small groups. Assist students in developing fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-care, and functional skills necessary for academic success. Collaborate closely with the supervising Occupational Therapist, teachers, and child study team. Monitor and document student progress, reporting outcomes to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, student performance, and IEP compliance. Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Qualifications Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification. Experience working with students with disabilities in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
