As a result, we are expanding our business to serve our customers' demands for more food grade tank capacity. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shop Lead Technician to oversee our maintenance and repair operations for our fleet Fair Oaks IN. This pivotal role involves leading a team of technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining top-tier fleet performance. Duties Oversee the shop's daily workflow Assign work to technicians according to experience and ability Work with and provide guidance to technicians to complete difficult tasks Ensure compliance with safety protocols Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor technicians and manage shop operations effectively Qualifications 1 - 2 years of Supervisory experience in a Commercial Repair environment 5 - 7 years of Mechanical experience with strong Diagnostic experience Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable): The company complies with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) by employing only U.S. citizens and non-citizens who are authorized to work in the United States.
